![]() Dan Scanlan
That's what sparked journalist Dan Scanlan's interest in cars back
in the 1960s. Dan put that love into practice in the mid-1980s, doing
automotive reviews for the NBC-TV affiliate in Jacksonville, Florida.
When he moved to the Florida Times-Union, those reviews continued
in the paper's WHEELS, now AUTO section, with in-depth looks at the
design, price, fuel mileage and utility of new cars, trucks and SUVs.
That means a Bentley one week, and a Toyota the next, plus everything
else in between ranging in cost from $10,000 to $1.6 million(really!!!).
He also does stories on speciality, racing and classic cars, plus
special auto events all over the country. Dan's multimedia video and
podcast reports on all of the new cars and trucks also appear weekly
on the newspaper's web site, www.jacksonville.com |
An innovative news service partnership that excels at providing specialized content for our clients and readers. |
